1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TruIntel (“Platform”), accessible at app.truintel.ai and cms.truintel.ai, operated by TruIntel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to TruIntel, including app.truintel.ai (analytics and monitoring) and cms.truintel.ai (content management and publishing).

“Services” refers to all features provided through the Platform, including AI visibility monitoring, SEO analytics, traffic classification, lead verification, AI-powered insights, content generation, page optimization, and content publishing.

“Account” refers to your registered user account on the Platform.

“Plan” refers to the subscription tier you have selected (Lite, Pro, or Business).

“Plus” refers to the TruIntel Plus add-on subscription that unlocks publishing, page optimization, and auto-refresh capabilities on cms.truintel.ai.

“Credits” refers to the usage units allocated or purchased for content generation, page optimization, and content refresh within the CMS.

“Content” refers to any text, data, media, or other material generated through, uploaded to, or published via the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account using a valid email address or by signing in through Google. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Each user may create only one organization on the Platform.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Platform offers three subscription plans:

• Lite — $79 per month
• Pro — $169 per month
• Business — $469 per month

Annual billing is available at a 20% discount on all plans. Plan features and limits are described on the Platform's pricing page and are enforced by the system. Exceeding plan limits is not permitted; the Platform will restrict actions that exceed your plan's allocated resources.

TruIntel Plus is available as an add-on subscription at $99 per month, providing additional content generation credits, page modification capabilities, content publishing, auto-refresh functionality, and domain connection for edge delivery.

Credit Top-Up Packs are available for Plus subscribers at $10, $20, $50, and $100 as one-time purchases. Credits included in your plan or purchased as top-ups expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our payment processor on behalf of TruIntel. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, credit top-up purchases, or partial billing periods under any circumstances. If you believe a payment has been made in error or if you experience a billing issue, please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the difference on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (for example, you have 3 brands on Business and downgrade to Pro which allows 1), excess resources may be deactivated. You will be notified before any deactivation occurs.

8. Description of Services

TruIntel provides AI visibility monitoring, SEO analytics, traffic classification, lead verification, AI-powered insights and recommendations, and AI-assisted content generation and publishing tools. The Platform is an analytics and intelligence tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to improvements in search rankings, AI platform visibility, website traffic, lead quality, or revenue. Recommendations and insights provided by the Platform are informational and should be evaluated by you before acting upon them.

9. AI CMS and Domain Proxying

When you connect your domain to cms.truintel.ai, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

Your domain's DNS will be configured to route traffic through our infrastructure and our edge delivery partners. This means that HTTP requests to your domain will pass through our systems before reaching your origin server.

The Platform may modify the HTML content served to visitors of your domain at the edge level. This includes injecting schema markup, rewriting meta tags, adding Open Graph tags, publishing new pages, and applying other optimizations. Your origin server and its files remain untouched — all modifications occur in transit.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to modify the domain you are connecting, including the authority to change DNS records, modify content served on that domain, and submit pages to search engine indexing APIs on behalf of that domain.

You may disconnect your domain at any time by reverting your DNS records to point directly to your origin server. Upon disconnection or account termination, all edge modifications will be removed within 48 hours.

We are not liable for any impact on your website's performance, availability, search rankings, or visitor experience resulting from edge modifications, DNS configuration changes, or content published through the CMS.

10. Tracking Script

The Platform provides a JavaScript tracking script that you may embed on your website for traffic classification and lead verification purposes. This script collects behavioral signals, device information, and session data from visitors to your website.

You are the data controller for your website visitors. You are solely responsible for informing your website visitors about the presence of this tracking script, obtaining any required consents (including cookie consent where applicable), and complying with all privacy laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where your website operates.

We act as a data processor on your behalf for the data collected through the tracking script. We use this data solely for the purpose of providing traffic classification and lead verification services to you.

11. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through the Platform — including blog posts, FAQ pages, landing pages, comparison tables, meta descriptions, schema markup, and strategic recommendations — is produced by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it to your website or acting upon it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to factual inaccuracies, legal claims, reputational harm, or search ranking impacts.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exceed the limits of your subscribed plan through any means, including but not limited to API manipulation, automated scripts, or multiple accounts.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to third parties without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.
• Use the Platform to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Abuse API calls or trigger excessive automated requests that place unreasonable load on our systems.

13. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TruIntel. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Platform (brand information, queries, domain content) and all content generated through the Platform on your behalf. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

14. Marketing Communications

By creating an account on the Platform, you consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from us via email. These communications may include product updates, feature announcements, tips, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying to any such email with a request to unsubscribe, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to your account, billing, or service notifications.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services for payment processing, AI processing, data analysis, email delivery, and edge content delivery. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Outages or changes by third-party providers may temporarily affect the Platform's functionality.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Platform or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. In the event of termination by us for cause, no refund will be provided.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. If you have a connected domain through the CMS, all edge modifications will be removed within 48 hours. You should revert your DNS records to point directly to your origin server. Any data associated with your account will be deleted within 7 days of termination unless a longer retention period is required by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription and stop using the Platform.
